Randalia Business terms

These terms cover Randalia Business, our venue management app and website. By applying for a location or using these tools, you agree to these terms and the Business guidelines. Our Privacy notice explains how we use information.
Your account and authority
You must be at least 18 and authorized to represent every location you submit. Use your own account, keep its sign-in methods secure, and provide accurate contact details, opening hours, restrictions and booking instructions. A personal dating or friendship profile is not required.
Randalia reviews venue applications before granting reservation access. Signing in or submitting an application does not establish ownership. Tell support promptly if your authority changes.
Requests, times and offers
A public plan or pending request is not a reservation. Confirm only after checking your own booking system. Published times show seats you allocate to requests; they do not synchronize live table inventory. Keep availability current and respond promptly to changes or cancellations.
Honor the exact offer and terms saved with a request you confirm. Later edits do not change earlier requests. Explain prices, restrictions, deposits and cancellation terms clearly. The venue remains responsible for its service and any external booking or payment.
Business tools are free in this release. The app does not take restaurant payments or collect payment card details. Any future paid feature will have separate, clearly presented terms.
Content and guest information
You keep ownership of your content and permit Randalia to store, review and display it to provide the service. Only submit words and artwork you have permission to use. Offers and keepsakes require review before publication.
Use the limited host and booking details provided only to handle the reservation. Do not use them for unsolicited marketing, share them publicly, or seek members’ private profiles, preferences or messages. Recorded seated counts are supplied by your team; they are not independent attendance verification.
Availability and enforcement
We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, requests, attendance or a particular business result. We may restrict content or access for misuse and investigate reports. You can ask Business support to review a decision. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Leaving the service
You can export your data or delete your whole account in Account settings. Deletion also affects any personal profile and other business locations attached to that account. External reservations may still need attention in your own booking system. Retention is explained in the Privacy notice.
