Confirm what your team can provide

Check your own booking system before accepting a request. Keep access, hours, party limits and arrival instructions current. Tell guests promptly if a confirmed arrangement changes. A plan on the public board does not reserve a table.

Respect privacy and choice

A reservation does not establish a guest’s identity, safety or personal intentions. Do not seek private dating information or pressure guests into further contact. Never publish guest details or private support messages.
