Represent your venue honestly

Use accurate location details, opening times and prices. Claim only locations you are authorized to manage. Submit original or licensed artwork and honor the terms of confirmed requests. Do not imply endorsement or approval before review is complete.

Respect guests and their information

No discrimination, harassment, threats, coercion or unwanted contact. Handle requests fairly. Use guest details only for the reservation and keep private information out of public listings, offers and artwork. Do not scrape member data or send unsolicited marketing.

Keep content appropriate

Do not submit illegal, exploitative, hateful or sexually explicit content. Do not use offers to promote financial schemes or prohibited goods. Follow applicable venue licensing, age restrictions and safety requirements; being approved in the app does not replace them.

Report a problem

Use Business support to report misuse or a concern. Randalia may remove content, restrict access or investigate reports. You can ask support to review a moderation decision.
